Mid-Century Dutch Design TU04 Coffee Table, Japanese Series by Cees Braakman for Pastoe, The Netherlands, 1960s. Minimalist coffee table model TU04 from the Japanese Series, designed by Cees Braakman for Pastoe in the 1960s. The table features a reversible rectangular top with teak veneer on one side and a white laminated surface on the other, offering both warmth and graphic clarity.
Beneath the top, integrated open storage compartments run along the long sides of the table, accessible from both faces, creating a balanced and functional design. The top is supported by a black lacquered metal frame, emphasizing the table’s light, architectural character.
