This beautiful petrol blue leather Veranda sofa is designed by Vico Magistretti for Cassina. Manufactured in the 1980s. The sofa consists of three separate seating elements with flexible back rests to regulate an active or more relaxed sitting position. All three seating elements are resting on a semi circular white lacquered base. The two corner elements rotate inwards at 90 degrees, so that they can be transformed from a straight sofa into three facing lounge chairs and two side tables. The backrests can also fold, to become a low backed sofa (height 80 cm). This iconic conversation piece offers a great seating comfort and is in a well preserved condition with some small wear and non disturbing stains on the left seating element consistent its age and use.
