Item information
Description
This charming adjustable mid-century desk and night lamp, model 8802, was produced by Bahag AG in Germany during the 1970s. The lamp features a clean, geometric design with a softly rounded, cube-shaped base in white, paired with a telescopic chrome arm that allows the height to be easily adjusted. The lamp head is fully rotatable, offering flexible light direction for various uses, from bedside lighting to desk or reading light. Designed to fold down into a compact form, the lamp was conceived as a practical and space-saving solution. A switch located on the base allows the light to be adjusted in two brightness levels, adding to its functional appeal. Minimal, intelligent, and distinctly utilitarian, this lamp is a fine example of German functional design from the 1970s. The lamp is in fully functional and very well preserved vintage condition. Dimensions: Height: 27 - 44 cm, Width: 7 cm Depth: 21 cm
