Vintage oval extendable dining table by Skovby, model 74, designed and produced in Denmark during the 1960s. This table is distinguished by its clever central base construction with two cylindrical legs that slide apart to reveal the extension system. The extension leaves are typically stored beneath the tabletop, allowing the table to expand from a comfortable six-seater to seating for up to twelve.
