Ceramic Matte Enamel White Porcelain Vase with Fossil Decorations by HW Porzellan Karlsbader Wertarbeit Model 568/22. Germany, 1960s. This elegant porcelain vase was produced in Germany during the 1960s by HW Porzellan Carlsbader Wirthsarbeit and stands 22 cm high. The vase is executed in matte white porcelain and features a distinctive square form, which is relatively uncommon for vases of this period. Playfully modelled fossil-inspired relief motifs are applied across the surface, creating a tactile and rhythmic pattern that contrasts beautifully with the clean architectural shape. The softly irregular, slightly scalloped rim adds a subtle sense of movement and lightness to the design. A refined yet characterful example of mid-century German porcelain. The vase is in very good vintage condition. Dimensions: Height 22 Width 7 Depth 7 cm
